  • Monada Touch provides specialized cleaning services, including Deep Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, and Post-Construction Cleaning.
  • Our services are available within specific areas in the UK. Please verify service availability before booking.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings can be made online, via phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Payments: We do not accept payments through our website. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other off-site methods as agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing and will communicate any changes prior to service booking.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Customers may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds: In the event of dissatisfaction with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate and may offer re-cleaning or partial refunds at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items before service. Monada Touch is not liable for any damages arising from items left unsecured.
  • Pets should be secured in a safe area during cleaning sessions to ensure safety for both the pets and our team.

5. Our Commitment

  • We will perform our services to the best of our ability and in accordance with industry standards.
  • If, for any reason, our cleaning team cannot fulfill a service on the scheduled date, we will inform you promptly and reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Monada Touch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms as necessary. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
